Update:
Played for a few hours today... download is fast, less than a minute on cable. Graphics are ok, more like LOTRO/SWG. On my machine it acts like those, jerky after an hour of play. The deal is a 7 day trial, monthly cost right now is about $9.
Quest system seems to be closer to SWG. Encourages grouping since it is better to have another to fire cannons while one steers.
It's not WoW but if you like the pirate them, you might like it ok. There is pvp... but I think you have to become undead.
