I got Healbot the other day, and... dude, it makes healing instances so much easier. You can tinker with it a little, but for a paladin, it toggles between left-click Flash of Light and right click Holy Light, and it downranks for you. I LOVE it, even if I still can't get past the first boss in heroic Mana Tombs.
