Midnight Raids 6-15 to 6-21

Potentially another one of those weeks that could be a bit skewed. Here is the current list I have

Since the schedules are so off, I'm making a wednesday night split

Wed group

A couple things of Note that we seem to be forgetting. It is ok to have a bit of fun in vent while we're playing, but the primary reason for Vent is to buckle down and get shit dead fast. If story time is making your raid leaders type instructions in chat, or gear questions or whatever, it needs to go to either whispers, guild chat, raid chat or whatever.

We need good focus to make it a consistent one night clear (yes, bad things do happen, like connections dropping, I'm ok with that). If you feel you'll be unfocused or need a couple minute break halfway through.. let me know, a couple people do already . It's fine, I'd rather schedule a break than get sloppy play. Typically, after Curator we try to schedule a 5 minute breather unless everyone is gtg.

I also need volunteers once again to be backups that are willing to log on at midnight server (on tuesday and wednesday) and check to see if they are needed. Next week we should be back to normal

Finally. The direction we're taking with the midnight raid, which is a very solid group, is towards ZA. We want to get Kara down to a One night clear, then start working on ZA for a couple hours a night on thje second night. The ultimate goal being that once the core and some peripherals are geared with the kara raid, we focus entirely on ZA until that too is a one night timed clear.

To accomplish this, we need your best play all the time. We'll make mistakes that's ok, (Lord knows I screw up as your raid leader) but keep the focus. Hopefully, before WoTLK comes out, Kara and ZA will be cleared on tue/wed night and our lil night group will be ready for the 10 mans that come out then so we can advance at a fair clip.
