Late night Kara Week of 5-19 To 5-24

Again, I have to say fanfucking tastic job this week in kara, all in all it was a 4 hour clear, and that was with starting massively late due to the server and lag. If we keep it up and continually get smoother, it will be a 3-4 hour one night clear in no time.

Same rules, Same principals, however I would like to remind people.. If you have a suggestion, don't try to talk over the tank telling you to come up, or the raid leader giving instructions, raise your hand so to speak. Just keeps it smooth.

On a side note. We have a lot of people wanting to go (relatively speaking). When Nightbane Dies, I ask those currently in the raid, and fill from that crew. Especially if they were there both nights. If you don't make a slot. Suck it up, quit bitching and move on, or, put yourself on the alternate list, every run so far we have needed to bring in someone else! We want you! (like uncle sam)

So why do I put the list up? Because as solid as the crew is at the moment (w/regards to who can come) Not everyone can keep up midnight raids indefinitely, so it may change!

Note : H3 is also an alt DPS spot. And Malsumis is the player, he might bring his huntard.

I can always make the midnight raids... may as well count me in w/ Myr.

Unfortunately, I open on both wednesday and thursday which means that I have to be up by 8 so the only way that I would be able to go is if we run both nights until 2 since we seem to have a 4hr clear or start an hour early. Do what you have to do...it won't kill me to sit out a week that is unless Light's Justice drops then it might .

I lucked out this week and I don't hafta be in til later on Weds. and Thurs. so Seks will be available both nights

Regrettably, we can't start any earlier than we already do. Which.. Isn't early at all. But, Baean's work schedule is pretty strict.

We, fortunately have backup healers, though we would like you to remain one of the mains!. But yea, I don't get to work till 11 server time and I have to have an hour to setup, and even that is pushing it sometimes! :p

Well, she thinks that if we only run til 2 both nights that she'd be able to make it. I'll let her make her own post about it tho

we can't 'guarantee' a full clear if we only do it till then, not yet, it would leave us with needing to potentially rep a healer at 2am or stall the raids or find someone, killing momentum. When we get get to the point we're confident that the zone is a 3-4 hour clear every time, then we can talk about doing it for 2 hours a pop (which, shouldn't be long).

Do what ya gotta do...if you could save maiden and/or prince for wed night so I can try to get shard of the virtuous or lights justice that would be awesome...if not I understand
